Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually by support.

If the service was not provided due to a technical issue on our side, the user may request recalculation or refund of the unused balance.

Funds for completed requests are generally non-refundable because infrastructure costs have already been incurred.

A refund request should include the account, payment date, amount and issue description.
